If the instructions on our website are causing problems then you can register via HolidayCare Customer Services who can be contacted at info@allergytext.co.uk. Our friendly staff will be glad to take your details in confidence, and will complete the purchase process with you in a matter of minutes.
Complaints should be referred to HolidayCare Customer Services at info@allergytext.co.uk. Alternatively you can log the complaint via the website. HolidayCare treats all complaints seriously and if you feel you have not received the service you expect, we would be glad to hear from you.
We will still send you an e-mail, which you can print and keep with you whilst you are travelling. Alternatively, you might like to use the mobile phone of someone who is travelling with you.
Simply make a new purchase, just as you did for your first translation.
Please wait up to 2 hours to receive the messages from AllergyText. If after this period, the messages have not been delivered, please ensure.
- Your e-mail account has not exhausted its quota, and that our messages are not being deleted as "spam" (or junk).
- That your mobile phone has space to accept the message.
- Your mobile phone has signal, and is connected to the correct network.
If you have checked all of the above, please contact HolidayCare customer support at info@allergytext.co.uk (or via the website), where our staff will help you resolve the situation.
In the event that you delete both the text message and the e-mail from your systems, you will have to purchase an additional translation. Whilst we regret this, it is a necessary fraud prevention step on our part.

This will not matter as if you wish to buy more later on, you will simply need to follow the whole process again. AllergyText retains the minimum of information about you.
