When we founded HolidayCare, our goal was to help make your holiday a more enjoyable experience; Taking hassle and annoyance away, getting your passports back for you, answering your medical queries and helping to recover your lost luggage.


Our new service, AllergyText, is no different - we all know that many of us...


  1. Suffer from allergies that could, in extreme instances, kill us, if they are not properly managed.
  2. Have allergies that could ruin a holiday. If you accidentally took or ate something that triggered your allergy, then your hard earned holiday would go up in smoke!
  3. Are perhaps not as fluent as we would like to be in foreign languages. Ensuring that we can communicate an allergy to a waiter, hotel or medical professional could be a real problem.

This is where AllergyText comes in. This service is simple:


  1. You chose your allergies.
  2. You chose the country and language you wish that allergy to be translated in
  3. You pay the affordable amount of £5 for 2 translations

We then instantly* send you both a text and an e-mail, to a phone and e-mail address of your choice. You simply retain these for use whilst you are on holiday, both now and at any point in the future.
